Home Care
For homes currently lived in. Cleaners focus on freshness, comfort, reset routines and the rooms you use every day.
Our standard Home Care is designed to maintain your home and keep your living spaces fresh and comfortable.

Dusting of visible surfaces
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Cleaning kitchen surfaces, benches, splashback and sink
Cleaning stovetop and exterior of appliances
Bathroom cleaning including shower, toilet, vanity and mirrors
Emptying bins
Tidying and refreshing living areas
Please note: Bed making and linen changes are not included as standard, but can be added as an extra service. Deep cleaning tasks such as inside ovens, fridges, cabinets or detailed areas require additional time and can be requested separately.
Home Reset
For empty homes before move-in, after move-out or between guests. Cleaners focus on a deeper reset and handover-ready presentation.
Our Home Reset is designed to prepare an empty property for its next chapter, whether it's a new tenant, owner or guest.
Included:
Dusting of all surfaces including skirting boards, shelves and built-ins
Vacuuming and mopping all floors
Cleaning inside cupboards and wardrobes (if empty)
Detailed kitchen clean including benches, sink, splashback and appliance exteriors
Detailed bathroom clean including showers, toilets, vanities and mirrors
Removing visible marks and refreshing all rooms
Final presentation check before handover
Please note: Oven, fridge interiors, windows and other detailed cleaning tasks can be added as extras depending on the property's needs.

IF SOMETHING CHANGES
We’re human, and sometimes unexpected situations happen. If your confirmed cleaner can no longer attend, Hikari takes care of the situation. We’ll contact the cleaner, look for a suitable replacement where available, and keep you informed throughout the process. If no solution can be found, you’ll receive a full refund.
